Working on behalf of the borrower, Circle Capital Partners, WD Capital Group placed the senior loan financing, with W Financial.

The transaction was structured to optimize capital efficiency and enhance long-term flexibility for ownership, reflecting disciplined underwriting and execution certainty in today’s selective credit environment.

Bella Residences is located at 225 179th Drive, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, within the highly desirable Sunny Isles Shores neighborhood. The property benefits from direct beach access, ocean views, and proximity to the island’s most convenient amenities, positioning it as a compelling residential offering along the South Florida coastline.
