With over 12 years of experience supporting survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual trauma, Samantha brings deep empathy and clinical expertise to her sessions. She has worked with survivors in women’s prisons, schools, and rehabilitation centers. Samantha is known for her compassionate approach and training in complex trauma, EUPD, and dissociative disorders, and her work centers around rebuilding trust and helping clients reclaim control of their lives.

Robert Paynter – Accredited Counsellor and Life Coach (MNCPS Accred)

A qualified counsellor with over 4,000 hours of therapy experience and clients in more than 60 countries, Robert brings a rare blend of psychotherapeutic expertise and global insight. Formerly a senior corporate executive, his unique perspective combines empathy, structure, and resilience. His work spans addiction recovery, relationship counselling, and executive emotional well-being.

Sana FatimaFounder & CEO, MySafeTherapy
Sana is a qualified counsellor and leadership coach with a background in psychology and global HR leadership. Her work bridges mental health, technology, and accessibility — creating spaces that feel both safe and forward-thinking.
