Illinois-based trucking firm EB Infinity is rolling out a new suite of smart freight and logistics solutions designed to address one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: attracting and retaining drivers while boosting operational efficiency.

The company’s model prioritizes a “driver-first” approach, offering steady routes, predictable compensation, and newer trucks from Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt, and Kenworth. The strategy comes at a time when U.S. freight carriers are under pressure from labor shortages, rising fuel prices, and mounting competition from digital freight platforms.

“Drivers remain the backbone of our industry, but they’ve historically had the least stability,” an EB Infinity spokesperson said. “Our logistics solutions are designed not just to move freight faster, but to create sustainable career paths for drivers.”

EB Infinity has carved out a regional niche by leveraging broker relationships and 24/7 dispatch support to keep drivers active and profitable.
