Fabrica Kraft Announces Second Debt Funding from WayFlyer Financial, Targets $1 Million in Annual Revenue

Fabrica Kraft, a rapidly emerging D2C and B2B home décor brand specializing in custom cushions, sustainable furnishings, and artisan-crafted accessories, is pleased to announce the successful close of its second round of debt financing from WayFlyer Financial, a premier growth capital provider for e-commerce businesses.

This infusion of capital represents a pivotal step in our growth trajectory—empowering Fabrica Kraft to further scale our operations, enhance inventory capabilities, and accelerate entry into new global markets. Thanks to consistent 2x year-over-year growth, we are on pace to surpass the $1 million revenue mark in FY 2025–26.

Fabrica Kraft was founded by Paralympian-turned-entrepreneur Vibhas Sen and co-founder Neha Khanna and is driven by a talented workforce that is over 90% women, many of whom are survivors of trafficking or members of marginalized groups.

Our products are resonating across leading marketplaces—including Etsy, Faire, and Amazon—while our direct-to-consumer platform continues to gain momentum.

“This second round of funding from WayFlyer Financial affirms trust in our business fundamentals and our mission to create positive impact through commerce,” said Vibhas Sen, CEO and Co-Founder of Fabrica Kraft. “This partnership allows us to remain agile and profitable, scaling responsibly without equity dilution.”

With a footprint spanning the U.S., UAE, and India, Fabrica Kraft intends to leverage this round to strengthen working capital, streamline our supply chain, and launch new collections in outdoor lifestyle and ethically sourced leather goods.
