Windowshop AI Ltd has unveiled AskNetwork247, a new digital platform built to connect Africans worldwide with opportunities in jobs, clients, and business partnerships.
As global markets face uncertainty, one reality has become clear: economic mobility often depends on trusted referrals rather than cold applications. AskNetwork247 leverages artificial intelligence to make those introductions faster, while ensuring the human connection remains at the centre.
Layoffs, shrinking budgets, and an oversupply of applicants have left millions struggling to secure sustainable work. Traditional methods—such as job boards or endless cold outreach—often fall short.
AskNetwork247 seeks to bridge that gap by creating a faster route to the right people. “We wanted to reduce the friction of waiting weeks for a response,” said the founding team. “The platform is designed so that within seconds, users receive referrals to people who can actually help.”
Users can:
This process, designed to take less than eight seconds, replaces weeks of searching and waiting.
AskNetwork247 introduces an anonymous passcode session model. Users do not need to provide names, emails, or phone numbers to begin. Progress can be tracked securely without exposing personal details.
The platform recognises the financial realities of freelancers and graduates. Each referral request costs the system money to generate, but AskNetwork247 offsets this through two models:
Sponsors benefit by being featured in the referral results. For every three free referrals provided, one relevant Sponsor is introduced to the user as a possible solution provider.
AskNetwork247 aims to:
“This is about economic circulation,” explained the founders. “Users find opportunities, and Sponsors gain customers. The more the system is used, the more it fuels both sides.”
Unlike traditional job boards where applications sit in a queue, AskNetwork247 introduces users directly to people in positions to act. For freelancers, this can mean warm leads. For SME founders, it can mean customer introductions.
Future updates will include a built-in messaging system, reducing reliance on LinkedIn for follow-ups.
The platform was developed over three years by a cross-continental team spanning the UK, Nigeria, and Kenya. Contributors include Daniel Ojones, Peter Damilola, Emmanuel Ogunbanjo, Elizabeth Ayodele, Gbenga Elijah, Grace Boboye, and Tobi Akinpelu, with additional consultants.
AskNetwork247 is positioned as a response to a growing need among the African diaspora for tools that combine technology with community values. By pairing AI speed with human referrals, it offers a pathway to rebuild trust in opportunity networks.
