iatroX Adds Question-First Exam Prep to Its Free UK Clinical AI Platform

Update pairs rapid point-of-care guidance access with integrated Q-bank workflows for UK and internationally mobile clinicians.

LONDON, United Kingdom — iatroX today announced a major product update that expands the platform beyond rapid, evidence-grounded clinical reference into question-first learning and exam preparation workflows, bringing bedside information access and structured knowledge reinforcement into a single clinician-focused experience.

iatroX is positioned as a tool for healthcare professionals who need to move quickly between “find the right guidance now” and “retain what matters for real clinical work and exams.” The update strengthens iatroX’s education layer (including region-specific question banks) while keeping the platform’s core focus on clinician usability, structured reasoning support, and transparent, citation-led outputs.

A regulated, clinician-facing approach
iatroX states it is a UKCA-marked, MHRA-registered Class I medical device, with an intended purpose focused on clinical reference and educational use for healthcare professionals.

What’s new in this release
The update introduces enhancements designed to make iatroX more useful across a clinician’s week—during time-pressured clinical work and during exam revision:

  • Question-first learning workflows to strengthen recall and applied reasoning, aligned to common postgraduate and international exam pathways (including the UK, US, Canada, and Australia).
  • Continued support for clinician-oriented modes such as Ask (Q&A), Brainstorm (structured reasoning support), and Quiz (exam-focused practice), designed to be fast, practical, and easy to use during real clinical routines.
  • An emphasis on traceable, citation-led outputs intended to help clinicians verify information and use tools responsibly within local clinical governance.

“Clinicians don’t need another general chatbot. They need a tool that respects the realities of clinical workflow—speed, accountability, and the need to verify,” said Dr Kola Tytler, Founder and CEO of iatroX. “This update pushes iatroX further towards the day-to-day needs of working clinicians: rapid guidance access when you’re under pressure, and question-first reinforcement so knowledge sticks and translates into better clinical readiness.”

Responsible use
iatroX is designed to support healthcare professionals and should be used in line with local clinical governance, organisational policy, and professional judgement. It is not intended to replace clinician decision-making.
