Krown Technologies Appoints Wall Street Veteran Craig Irvine as Chief Financial Officer to Accelerate Global Growth and Investment Strategy

Krown Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in quantum-secured Layer-1 blockchain infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Craig Irvine, MBA, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A former Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Macquarie, Irvine brings deep capital-markets expertise and startup execution to Krown at a pivotal stage of product expansion and global adoption.

As CFO, Irvine will oversee financial strategy, investor relations, fundraising, and M&A as Krown advances its roadmap—including the first Quantum-secure Layer 1 blockchain, Krown Explorer, Krown Coin, and scales internationally.

Veteran Finance & Venture Operator

Irvine combines Wall Street leadership with hands-on operating experience as a fractional CFO across blockchain, technology, biotech, and clean energy. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and is FINRA-licensed (Series 7, Series 79), actively structuring equity issuances and private placements through Weild & Co.

Selected experience includes:

• Capital raises for bitcoin mining and liquid-cooling infrastructure
• Asset-backed coin issuance and SEC-aligned go-to-market strategies
• Financial leadership for agtech, robotics, biotech, and insurtech startups
• Cash-flow planning and capital budgeting across Seed and Series A rounds
• M&A strategy and acquisition roll-ups in decentralized and traditional sectors
