Layla and Rauza (Bashkoda), the founders of MarryMeCity, recently issued a public statement formally extending an invitation to people from all across the world to join them on April 20, 2024, to celebrate one of the world’s biggest summer festivals, Sabantuy.

The most anticipated Tatar ethnic summer festival, Sabantuy, is set to take place in Dubai on April 20, 2024.MarryMeCity will grace the occasion to make a match made in heaven as thousands of people from all across the world are expected to attend

MarryMeCity is a Muslim matchmaking agency that has been offering reliable matrimonial services to Muslims around the globe for over a decade and a half.

Excited to be part of the festival, the two shared that their commitment to perfect matrimonial matches has earned them this opportunity as their agency grows global, and they look forward to observing the festival of many celebrations by promoting new meaningful relationships of love and companionship.

‘We are thrilled to announce our presence at Sabantuy Dubai this year. It’s just a festival of so many celebrations. Music, traditional dances, food—just everything about it is joyous and ceremonial. It’s a great atmosphere for us to promote the value of marriage and family. We have been in the business for years and take great pride in providing services to our clients. A Muslim matrimonial agency in line with the modern contemporary era is rare, and we are happy to be pioneers. See you all; mark your calendars,’ said Layla and Rauza (Bashkoda).

Sabantuy is predominantly a Tatar ethno-Muslim festival celebrated by the largest ethnic minority of Russia in the summer. This year, right after the Muslim festival of Eid-ul-Fitr, Sabantuy will take place to rejoice and commemorate the historical and cultural values of Tatars.

The festival dates back centuries and was first celebrated by rural farmers. It later grew into a widely celebrated festival among ethnic groups of Tatar, Idel-Uralian, Bashkir, and Kazakh. The word Sabantuy directly translates to the wedding celebration of the plow, signifying the essence and importance of relationships, family values, and the union of families to ring in the harvest season.

This year, the anticipation for the festival is brimming with high expectations, as it is set to get bigger and better with the inclusion of many more activities.
