Shalendra Goundar was born in the soccer-crazy town of BA Fiji, lived in some big cities, and was raised in South Auckland.

Shalendra Goundar is not only the first FiJI Indian real estate business owner in NZ but also the first real estate business owner in Papatoetoe.

In his real estate journey, Shalendra Goundar has helped countless people fulfill their dream of owning their first home, or investment properties. Shalendra Goundar also helped several commercial and business clients with leases or property purchases.

Shalendra Goundar is also a Justice of the Peace and serves the people of NZ. He has long been active in numerous philanthropic groups in both New Zealand and FiJI.
