Osmer Martínez Ramos Celebrates 2025 Latin GRAMMY® Consideration with Five Musical Works and Launches Legally, an International Tribute to Legal Immigration

Venezuelan composer, producer, and singer-songwriter Osmer Martínez Ramos, based in Texas, announces two milestones that mark a defining moment in his career. On one hand, five of his musical works and three official videos have been accepted For Your Consideration (FYC) in the 2025 Latin GRAMMYs® evaluation process. At the same time, Martínez has launched his new international English single Legally, a heartfelt tribute to immigrants who built their lives in the United States by following the legal path.

Additionally, the official videos for Me Fui A Gaitear Con Dios, Hasta El Final, and Lo Mejor have been accepted For Your Consideration in the Best Short Form Music Video category. Martínez also appears For Your Consideration in the Songwriter of the Year category, a recognition of his extensive and versatile creative work.

The Launch of Legally

Parallel to the Latin GRAMMY® journey, Osmer Martínez Ramos has released Legally, his first single fully written and performed in English. The song narrates the immigrant experience, honoring those who built their future in America through legality, perseverance, and gratitude.

With its chorus — “I love America, I thank America, now I am American legally” — Legally delivers a universal and powerful message. The animated official video portrays symbolic moments of the immigrant journey: legal entry into the U.S., work and sacrifice, achieving permanent residency and citizenship, and embracing the American flag as a symbol of identity.
