Live streaming is available for preseason, regular season, and postseason games worldwide, except in South Korea
SOOP has announced that it will once again bring the KBO League to global baseball fans in 2025. SOOP will broadcast the 2025 KBO League live on its global streaming platform, SOOP, starting Saturday, March 8. The KBO League will be available for free on the SOOP web page and mobile app in all regions worldwide, except South Korea.
Since June 2024, SOOP has been broadcasting the KBO League globally, introducing Korean professional baseball to overseas residents and international baseball fans, providing a new viewing opportunity. During four months of streaming, the 2024 KBO League reached a total of 1.77 million viewers, gaining significant traction among global baseball fans.
Starting from the preseason games on Saturday, March 8, SOOP will broadcast the entire KBO League regular season and postseason globally. Additionally, for users who are unable to watch the games live, SOOP plans to offer VOD services, including replays and highlights.
The 2025 KBO League regular season will commence on Saturday, March 22, featuring 720 games, with each team playing 144 games. This season is expected to be even more thrilling, with major player transfers, rising rookie stars, and the opening of new home stadiums making headlines.
In addition to live broadcasts, various streamres will provide commentaries. Streamers from North America, Japan, Brazil, and other countries will engage with viewers using SOOP’s real-time multilingual translation and chat translation features.
