New Orleans will once again become the beating heart of the undead this Halloween season as the Endless Night Vampire Ball returns for its 2025 celebration. Hosted by Endless Night Productions, the internationally acclaimed gothic masquerade will take over the House of Blues from October 30 to November 2 with a weekend of immersive events, theatrical pageantry, and silver screen-inspired vampiric style.
Themed “Vampires of the Silver Screen,” this year’s ball draws from more than a century of cinematic bloodlust. Inspirations range from the shadowy terror of Nosferatu (1922) and Bela Lugosi’s defining Dracula (1931) to the Gothic elegance of Hammer Horror classics like Horror of Dracula (1958) and Dracula: Prince of Darkness (1966). Modern influences include Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu (2024), the decadent visuals of Babylon (2024), and the upcoming horror release Sinners (2025).
Headlining the main event is legendary rock act Razed in Black, known for their electrifying stage presence and cult status in the dark alternative music scene.
The festivities begin Thursday, October 30 with immersive pre-events and culminate Saturday, November 1 with the flagship New Orleans Vampire Ball. Widely considered one of the most elaborate vampire masquerades in the world, the event transforms the French Quarter into a cinematic fever dream.
“Endless Night is more than a party. It is a cultural ritual that blends costume, music, and myth in the city most suited for it,” said Father Sebastiaan, founder and impresario of the event. “This year, we invite guests to embody the legacy of vampires in film, from the black-and-white era to modern cinematic visions.”
Held at the historic House of Blues on Decatur Street, the event attracts guests from around the world. Attendees include artists, performers, and fans of gothic and alternative culture. Guests are encouraged to interpret the theme through fashion, makeup, and storytelling. A curated Pinterest board offers costume inspiration for every level of creativity.
