Biohackers World Announces 2026 Los Angeles Conference on Longevity and Health Innovation

March 28–29, 2026 | InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown — Biohackers World will host its 2026 Los Angeles Conference & Expo on March 28–29 at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. The two-day event is expected to welcome more than 1,500 attendees from over 20 countries, including researchers, clinicians, founders, health practitioners, and individuals engaged in preventive and performance-focused health.

The conference arrives at a moment when longevity is shifting from niche experimentation into a broader lifestyle conversation. According to the Global Wellness Institute, the global wellness economy surpassed $5.6 trillion in 2023, with personalized health, preventive medicine, and longevity science among its fastest-growing segments. At the same time, population data suggests that a majority of U.S. adults now engage in at least one form of biohacking, ranging from sleep tracking and structured strength training to metabolic monitoring and wearable adoption.

Focus Areas for 2026

The Los Angeles program will examine how longevity science is evolving across multiple systems of the body.

Sessions such as “Trust Your Gut, Not Your DNA for Health, Wellness and Longevity” will explore how microbiome health, environment, and daily behaviors influence long-term outcomes, often independently of genetic predisposition.

In “The Role of Nitric Oxide in Metabolic Disease and Insulin Resistance,” speakers will address metabolic dysfunction, a growing public health concern. Research has shown that a significant portion of the U.S. population exhibits markers of metabolic imbalance. The session will examine nitric oxide signaling and its role in vascular function and glucose metabolism, as well as practical strategies to support endogenous production.

Additional panels will focus on stress physiology, cellular fatigue, toxin exposure, biomarker-driven personalization, AI-supported health systems, and the integration of light and frequency-based wellness technologies.

The event will feature more than 35 speakers, over 30 keynote talks and immersive sessions, and 65+ wellness and longevity brands presenting technologies related to biomarker analytics, neurotechnology, metabolic health, recovery systems, and performance optimization.

Conference Structure

The 2026 event will take place across five designated spaces:

  • Keynote Hall, hosting scientific and clinical discussions on aging, metabolic resilience, and human performance.
  • Expo Hall, where attendees can observe and test emerging health technologies.
  • Experience Hall, featuring guided sessions in breathwork, mobility, and recovery.
  • Sync Zone 1:1, offering opportunities for direct conversations with practitioners and founders.
  • VIP Lounge, providing VIP ticket holders with access to a quieter environment for networking and select experiential demonstrations.

“Longevity is no longer about isolated hacks,” said Mick Safron, co-founder of Biohackers World. “It’s about building intelligent systems that support metabolic health, resilience, and long-term performance in everyday life.”

The 2026 Los Angeles conference is supported by:

  • Leela Quantum Tech, a company conducting research on interactions between quantum energy fields and human physiology.
  • N1O1 by Pneuma Nitric Oxide, focused on nitric oxide science and its role in cardiovascular and metabolic health.
