THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Design Tech Homes is proud to announce that its showcase model home in The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch has been honored with two prestigious awards at the 2026 Texas Institute of Building Design (TIBD) Design Competition, recognizing the company’s commitment to exceptional custom home design, innovation, and craftsmanship.
The showcase home received First Place in the Built & Photographed Residential 4,001 Square Feet and Over category and was also honored with the W.R. Coleman Award for Best in Show, one of the competition’s highest recognitions.
For Barbara and Mike Feigin, founders of Design Tech Homes, the recognition represents much more than two awards.
