DigitalChalk Launches Content Factory, Cutting Training Course Creation Time by 70%

New AI-powered capability built inside the LMS allows teams to create and update training in minutes without outside tools or production resources

Asheville, NC DigitalChalk, the platform for creating and delivering training that drives real business results, today announced Content Factory. This AI-powered capability reduces training video creation costs by up to 90% and cuts course creation time by 70%. Content Factory enables training teams to produce more content, faster, without additional people, tools, or contracts.

Built directly into the DigitalChalk LMS, Content Factory lets teams start with a document, a PDF, or simply describe what they need, and generate AI-powered training videos and courses ready to publish to employees, customers, and partners in minutes.

“Training teams are being asked to do more with less while keeping pace with constant operational change,” said Aaron Olney, CRO of DigitalChalk. “Content Factory removes one of the biggest barriers in training — the time and cost required to create quality content. Instead of spending weeks building courses, teams can now create, update, and deliver video training in minutes.”

Content Factory is designed to help organizations in manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and other industries.

  • Cut course creation time by up to 70%
  • Reduce course creation costs by up to 90%
  • Produce 3–5x more content with existing teams
  • Update training up to 40% faster as procedures and regulations change
  • Deliver multi-language training without additional tools or contracts

“Most organizations already have the knowledge they need to train their workforce effectively,” said Troy Tolle, Co-founder and CTO of DigitalChalk. “The challenge has been turning that knowledge into training quickly enough to keep up with the business. Content Factory closes that gap. It reduces the friction between knowledge and delivery.”

Independent LMS analyst Craig Weiss said, “DigitalChalk didn’t add AI to their LMS; they built the LMS around it. Content Factory is what that difference looks like for training teams who need to move fast.”

DigitalChalk will demonstrate Content Factory at Booth #2039 during ATD 2026 in Los Angeles, May 17–20. Attendees can see a complete training video produced live in just a few minutes.
