Elevating Luxury Wine Tourism: An Executive Q&A with Andre Boada on VinoCadre’s Private Air Charters

Traditional wine tourism often presents logistical friction for high-end travelers seeking seamless access to premium, remote vineyards. Moving between distinct premier wine regions like Napa Valley, Sonoma, and the Texas Hill Country typically requires multiple commercial flights, extensive ground transportation, and disjointed scheduling. This fragmentation disrupts the immersive nature of a luxury travel experience and limits the ability of enthusiasts to engage deeply with local winemakers and experts in a cohesive journey.

To solve this problem, luxury wine marketing platform VinoCadre has launched an exclusive, private air charter program designed to transform regional wine tasting into a fully integrated lifestyle journey. Led by advanced sommelier and founder Andre Boada, these bespoke expeditions combine private aviation, helicopter transport, curated culinary pairings, and high-end estate accommodations. In this interview, we speak with Boada about the vision behind these sky-high itineraries and how they aim to redefine the intersection of luxury aviation and elite wine education.

Q: What inspired the decision to merge private air charter aviation with traditional wine tourism, and why are Napa, Sonoma, and the Texas Hill Country the ideal markets for this launch?

Andre Boada:  I’m on a personal quest to unite my sommelier services with private air charter aviation. Basically, it’s a marketing position derived from a gap analysis looking at unique opportunities in the food & wine luxury industry. I’ve researched the highest level of travel/winery partnerships mixed with the two premier wine regions of the United States, Napa-Sonoma and Texas Hill Country. What most consumers might not realize, Texas Hill Country is ranked 2nd behind Napa-Sonoma for wine destinations and it’s white hot, positioned for growth. Since I have homes in Fredericksburg, TX and Healdsburg, Sonoma County, CA I am well versed to maximize the ultimate luxury experience using personal relationships with marquee vintners. The end result, high personality – without equal experiences not normally found online.

Q: Your itineraries feature high-end champagne seminars in the air before guests even land. How does bringing the educational aspect into the flight itself change the dynamic of the journey?

Andre Boada: Being a co-founder of Six Twists Sparkling, a Champagne and caviar lounge, allows  my personal educational platforms to expand within a deeper understanding of the region Champagne, France. I designed a tasting featuring the top three grape varietals of that region – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. I present each Champagne (100% varietal) separately and finish with a Champagne that has all three grapes. All the wine is curated by my experience visiting France and present artisan, grower Champagne during the seminar. It’s a seminar that can’t be found unless visiting Champagne, so another example of how I elevate your flight being a personal sommelier during travel.

Q: You have designed this program to utilize fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, and ground transportation. What operational advantages does this multi-modal transport give guests when accessing exclusive vineyards?

Andre Boada: When I organize the planning process, there is an aviation concierge partner, wineflightsvip.com that works closely with my vision. It allows complete access to any vineyard, no matter how remote. We think out every detail of the journey using multiple avenues of transportation. Helicopters are an option often overlooked and give aerial viewpoints and complete access once in a selected wine region. Our goal, create a compelling and dynamic experience with a team of professionals at every point of travel.

Q: Beyond the travel logistics, these trips incorporate private estate stays at locations like Villa Montebella alongside world-class chefs. How does ultra-luxury lodging complement the overall wine education experience?

Andre Boada: Private estate locations are customised based on group size. Typically, groups are under 12 guests to keep an intimate personality with vintners, winemakers and the who’s who of top chefs. We set up 1-2 winery tours per day then secure an in home private wine dinner to conclude the day. This philosophy allows guests to take advantage of perfectly planned food & wine pairings within the private estate lodging.

Q: You have noted that the power of wine goes far beyond the glass. How do you see the VinoCadre model evolving to expand this community-driven, experiential approach to other global wine regions?

Andre Boada: I have access to multiple channels to bring 100 point wines to the consumer. Travel to any country is always available. Imagine tasting with vintners in Burgundy, Tuscany, Bordeaux, Champagne, etc.

I also have a new private tasting studio (by appointment) where I bring the world to you. All wines are of the highest mark and perfectly cellared. I have a trademark seminar that explores current releases vs the same wine at the pinnacle release timeline. Tasting side-by-side gives valuable sommelier insights into how the wine will age. This studio, named VinoCadre L’Atelier opens Aug 1, 2026 in Fredericksburg, TX.

The same mindset can be brought to your home or business. We provide all the educational material and sommelier approved stemware. Food and wine add on is optional, all designed around your preference.

This three-tier approach covers a broad spectrum of food & wine experiences to every level of the wine enthusiast. We strive to enhance your personal passion to explore.

The introduction of private air charters by VinoCadre marks a significant shift in how luxury consumers experience elite viticulture. By removing the logistical boundaries of regional travel and replacing them with curated, expert-led programming, the platform elevates wine tasting from a standard activity into a comprehensive lifestyle asset. This seamless integration of transportation, luxury hospitality, and specialized education allows enthusiasts to extract maximum value and depth from their time on the ground and in the air.

As the demand for highly personalized, experiential luxury travel continues to accelerate, the convergence of private aviation and specialized tourism will become increasingly essential. Providing sophisticated consumers with frictionless access to top-tier experts and restricted locations sets a new standard for the hospitality industry. VinoCadre’s specialized flight itineraries position the company at the forefront of this evolution, demonstrating that modern luxury is defined by access, expertise, and time saved.
