Advanced Material Science and Surface Integrity
The cornerstone of the new series is its premium metallurgical construction. Every valve body is forged from high-grade 316L VIM-VAR stainless steel, a double-vacuum-melted material that minimizes non-metallic inclusions. To eliminate microscopic areas where moisture or particles can collect, the internal wetted surfaces are electropolished to a mirror-like roughness average (Ra) of 5 micro-inches or less. This optimized topology drastically accelerates system purging cycles and prevents outgassing during gas transitions.
Hermetic Sealing for Ultimate Safety
The Jewellok Ultra High Purity Diaphragm Valve utilizes a high-strength metal-to-metal diaphragm seal instead of soft elastomeric components that degrade over time. Each valve is tested using a helium mass spectrometer to ensure an exceptional leak integrity rate of less than 1×10⁻⁹ atm·cc/sec. This hermetic boundary guarantees that atmospheric oxygen and moisture cannot infiltrate the process stream, protecting both wafer yield and facility operators.

This ensures effortless integration into automated Gas Cabinets (GC) and Valve Manifold Boxes (VMB).
