Cyber Tech Mob (CTM), a software development studio led by founder Bryan Ragin, has announced that its flagship app Max Out has entered Alpha Phase II testing. The platform is designed to reimagine competition for the digital age, uniting communities across esports, sports, music, and beyond.
In its first Alpha, Max Out received strong feedback from early adopters, particularly within the underground esports scene. This early momentum has enabled CTM to secure 11 confirmed partnerships, representing a 300,000-user audience reach. With additional pending partnerships in motion, Max Out’s total potential audience now extends to nearly 800,000 users.
Cyber Tech Mob currently holds an early valuation of approximately $3.5M, underscoring growing confidence in the future of competitive platforms.
“Max Out is not just about running competitions — it’s about creating legacy ownership,” said Bryan Ragin, Founder & CEO of Cyber Tech Mob. “We’re building a digital arena where organizers, teams, and fans don’t just participate, they create lasting value. Alpha II is the next step in bringing that vision to life.” With Beta testing on the horizon, Cyber Tech Mob is preparing for the launch of the CTM token, which will support features tied to rewards, ownership, and digital assets, pushing Max Out beyond a competition tool into a platform that redefines competitive culture.
