The private aviation broker flies passengers from Toluca’s private jet ramp or a Mexico City helipad to the helipad inside the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in 5 to 20 minutes, October 30 to November 1.
MEXICO CITY — With less than four weeks to go before the 2026 Mexico City Grand Prix, Numen Aviation, a private aviation charter brokerage serving the Mexico–United States corridor, is taking bookings for helicopter transfers to the Mexico City Grand Prix. The company lists its per-leg rates in US dollars on its website, with an online estimator that adds up the flight, the circuit’s landing slot, ground fees and tax before the traveler makes a call.

Race weekend runs from Friday, October 30 to Sunday, November 1. Helicopters land at the helipad set up inside the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez for the event, and Numen Aviation offers two ways to get there:
- From Toluca International Airport (MMTO): about 20 minutes. Private jets flying into the Mexico City area land at Toluca, so passengers can step off the aircraft, board the helicopter on the same ramp and skip the drive into the city on race day.
- From a Mexico City helipad: 5 to 10 minutes, for guests staying at hotels in the city.
Aircraft and rates
Rates are per leg, in US dollars, before 16% VAT:
- Bell 505 Jet Ranger X (single-engine, 3 to 4 passengers): from US$3,150 from Toluca, US$3,550 from a Mexico City helipad
- Bell 206L LongRanger (single-engine, up to 4 passengers): US$3,750 from Toluca, US$4,000 from a Mexico City helipad
- Agusta A109 (twin-engine, 4 to 5 passengers): US$4,600 from Toluca, US$5,150 from a Mexico City helipad
Every arrival or departure at the circuit also needs a landing slot, charged by day: US$1,750 on Friday, US$2,500 on Saturday and US$2,750 on Sunday, plus VAT. Slot times are allocated from a waiting list in order of payment, so earlier bookings get better times. The Toluca FBO or city helipad fee is added per leg. Grand Prix tickets are not included; every passenger needs their own entry.
“Most of our Grand Prix clients arrive by private jet and have only a few hours in the city. Getting from the aircraft to the grandstand takes minutes by helicopter instead of hours by car,” said Oscar Cadena Dávalos, Founder and CEO of Numen Aviation. “We publish our rates because people planning this weekend want a real number up front, not a request form.”
How to book
Travelers can pick route, day and helicopter in the estimator at numen-aviation.com/en/helicoptero-gran-premio-mexico and confirm availability and slot time by WhatsApp. Outside race weekend, the company also offers year-round helicopter transfers between Toluca airport and Mexico City.
