Amidst the states’ pursuit of the National Housing Accord’s target to build 1.2 million new homes by July 2029, Build Right Construction Lawyers has been named Best Residential Building Law Firm 2026 – Australia by APAC Insider, as part of the publication’s 2026 Legal Awards recognising legal excellence across the Asia-Pacific region.
The title builds on the firm’s 2025 recognition, Best Emerging Residential Construction Law Firm – Australia, also awarded by APAC Insider. The move from “emerging” firm to category leader in the space of a year reflects the firm’s growing client base among homeowners navigating residential building contracts and disputes.
