Spotter AI has added MVR Monitoring to Sentinel, its driver safety, recruiting and compliance platform for motor carriers and fleet operators. The update gives trucking companies a more automated way to track changes to a driver’s motor vehicle record as part of their ongoing safety and compliance workflows.
Sentinel helps carriers manage driver records, verification, monitoring and related activity in one place. With the new MVR Monitoring feature, carrier teams can receive alerts when a change is detected on a monitored driver’s motor vehicle record, with notifications sent through Slack and email and monitoring activity centralized inside the driver’s profile.
For motor carriers and fleets, driver qualification and safety monitoring does not end after onboarding or an annual MVR check. Driver records can change at any time, and delayed visibility can leave safety and compliance teams working with outdated information.
