WorClean Expands Hospitality Cleaning Management Across 97 Lodging Facilities in Japan

SAPPORO, Japan — SM Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that its hospitality cleaning management platform, WorClean, is supporting daily operations across 97 lodging facilities managed by the Hoan Clean group.

Developed from real operational experience, WorClean centralizes cleaning schedules, staff assignments, work instructions, progress tracking, photo-based reports, quality checks, inventory management, notifications, and role-based access in a single cloud platform.

Rather than being designed solely from office workflows, the platform has evolved through continuous field use and feedback from managers and cleaning staff.

Recent development includes AI-assisted photo assignment that helps match uploaded cleaning photos to reporting fields, and accommodation schedule integration for linen delivery and supply teams.

SM Holdings is currently developing and validating WorClean while preparing to consolidate the business into a future NewCo. The company intends to expand the platform for hotels, vacation rentals, property management companies, and other hospitality operators in Japan before exploring opportunities in Southeast Asia.
