Texas man asks religious institutions, scholars, journalists and digital-forensics experts to investigate a document dated August 8, 2025
A 270-word document titled “Woe to the Leaders Who Harm the Innocent — A Warning from God’s Word” is being released in full for examination by religious institutions, Christian organizations, biblical scholars, theologians, journalists, politicians, news publications and qualified digital-forensics specialists.
The document confronts leaders who harm innocent people, invokes three passages of Scripture and ends with the declaration “Final Warning.” Its central statement is direct:

Walter Hanna, a 78-year-old Texas resident, reports that he discovered the document in April 2026 inside the Notes application on his Apple device. It was pinned at the top of the application, although Hanna says he did not knowingly write, dictate, copy, paste or pin it.

God’s Word is clear: those entrusted with leadership and authority will be judged more strictly — especially when they promote evil or harm the innocent. Politicians who support destructive agendas such as child sex changes, abortion, or policies that dismantle God’s covenant are standing in direct rebellion against Heaven.
1. Leaders Are Held to a Higher Standard
James 3:1 – “Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness.”
Leadership is a sacred trust. When leaders use their voice to mislead, corrupt, or destroy—they are condemned more severely.
2. The Wrath of God Against Those Who Harm Children
Matthew 18:6 – “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones… it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck…”

“I cannot claim today what future evidence or future events may establish,” Hanna said. “We do not know what the future will reveal about this message, its origin or my responsibility. But I cannot conceal it. I must preserve it, release it and ask responsible people to examine it.”
The purpose of this release is not to demand immediate belief. It is to prevent the WOE Message from being ignored without serious examination.
Hanna is asking religious institutions to appoint qualified reviewers, scholars to publish independent findings, journalists to investigate the record and news organizations to place the complete message before the public.

“The complete message is now before you,” Hanna said. “Examine it against Scripture. Examine the circumstances under which it appeared. Examine every available piece of evidence. Then report the truth—whatever the truth proves to be.”
