The Mystery Shopping and Customer Journey Trade Association Honors Award Winning Companies.
Orlando, FL – MSPA Americas, the trade association for companies engaged in creating, measuring and enhancing the customer journey, announced the winners of its annual Elite program for 2027 this past week during the inaugural MSPA Americas CONNECT conference at The Georgian Terrace in Atlanta, Georgia.

MSPA Americas President Mike Mershimer announced the honorees during the conference. MSPA Americas Elite companies are members of the organization that most strongly support the mission and objectives of MSPA Americas, as established annually by the Board of Directors, in advancing the stature and relevance of the industry. The designation, earned through advancing association goals in 2026, is effective for the 2027 calendar year.
