Impact | Leadership Alchemy: Essential Truths for Driving Transformational Change
Examines how leaders can combine high support for people with high expectations for performance to create meaningful change, even when change seems difficult or impossible. The book also received a First Place Award for Nonfiction Business Leadership from The BookFest.
Behind the trilogy is also a more personal collaboration. Corvini’s wife, Lily, created the interior illustrations for all three books, adding a visual dimension to the ideas explored throughout the series. She also, as Corvini jokes, “graciously endured living with an author who apparently didn’t know when to stop at one book!”
“My name may be on the covers, but Lily has been part of this journey from the beginning,” Corvini said. “Her illustrations helped bring the ideas to life, and completing the series makes this as much a moment of gratitude as one of accomplishment.”
