Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – A powerful global movement will unfold this November in Riyadh as the Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia 2025 returns under the esteemed patronage of HRH Princess Noura bint Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Organised by a UK-headquartered Creative Women Platform, the Forum is poised to ignite cross-continental collaboration and catalyse transformation on a global scale. More than just a Forum, it is a landmark moment—where Vision 2030, royal leadership, and global female innovation intersect.

The 2025 edition is framed by three guiding pillars:
Empower – Engage – Sustain ,
— reflecting a commitment not only to inclusion and dialogue, but also to long-term impact, ecosystem building, and policy-shaping outcomes.

Dates & Venue — November 4–6, 2025 at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Spanning three days, the event will take place from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University—the largest women’s university in the world. A beacon of academic excellence and women’s empowerment, the venue is symbolic of the Forum’s mission: to equip and elevate the next generation of women changemakers.

This year’s edition expands its global footprint with a high-impact programme. November 4–6 will feature keynotes, expert panels, immersive workshops, and curated networking. On the evening of November 6, a Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony will host world-class performances, cultural showcases, charitable initiatives, and recognition of excellence in innovation, sustainability, and enterprise.

At the helm are three visionary women:

* HRH Princess Noura bint Saud bin Nayef Al Saud – cultural catalyst and champion of creative ecosystems, known for initiatives such as Rukun Creative Exchange and AlMashtal Creative Incubator.

* Olga Balakleets – Founder and CEO of the Creative Women International Platform (active in over 50 countries), award-winning pianist and cultural entrepreneur.

“It is truly inspiring to develop this project in a country that is actively empowering and elevating women. It’s a privilege to foster meaningful and impactful collaborations between leading Saudi and international female opinion-makers and successful entrepreneurs through this initiative, Olga Balakleets, Founder and CEO of Creative Women Platform said”.

* Rebeca Riofrio – UK-based Executive Director of the Saudi edition, a British–Ecuadorian cultural leader and Queen’s Award recipient, driving strategic expansion and global engagement.

Following its acclaimed debut in 2024 with over 900 media features, the 2025 edition promises exponential influence: 70+ speakers, global thought leaders from public, private, cultural, and innovation sectors; 500+ delegates from over 30 countries; a 500 million+ global media reach through international platforms; and the Young Entrepreneurs Initiative—empowering emerging leaders from Riyadh to present, pitch, and connect.

The Forum delivers unmatched value for professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and global institutions. It positions brands as champions of Vision 2030 and female leadership; offers visibility among international royals (UK, Saudi, Africa, and other), investors, CEOs, and decision-makers; and provides a platform for dialogue that shapes real policy, economic growth, and creative strategy.

The grand finale, held on the evening of November 6, will spotlight and honour women whose work drives tangible impact in innovation, sustainability, culture, and enterprise. Elegance, global connection, and cultural prestige define the Gala experience—hosted under royal patronage.

The Forum is supported by an elite network of partners and sponsors, including: Arab National Bank, Saudi Business Council, SIGULP Ltd (UK), AlMashtal Creative Incubator, Rukun Creative Exchange, Jareed Hotel Riyadh, Morini Riyadh, and DHL Express. With preparations intensifying for November 2025, additional sponsorship and media opportunities are available to partners who share the Forum’s commitment to empowering global women and creating lasting impact.

Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia 2025 is more than an event—it is a high-level, international platform for real change. This is where great minds don’t just inspire—they transform and make a change.
