Careerscape Expands National Footprint With Integrated Workforce Programs

The New Jersey–based staffing firm is combining recruiting and contingent-workforce management under a single provider — a model most larger firms split across vendors.

Careerscape, a recruiting and staffing firm based in Branchburg, New Jersey, has expanded its national reach and launched a suite of workforce partnership programs aimed at employers who want to consolidate hiring and contingent-workforce management under a single provider.

The staffing industry has traditionally been segmented. Recruiting firms place individual candidates, while managed service providers (MSPs) and vendor management systems (VMS) oversee contingent workforces. Employers with complex hiring needs typically work with several vendors across those categories. Careerscape says it is combining both functions into one offering.

“Employers shouldn’t have to hire three different vendors to cover one hiring strategy,” said Cristian Castro, Client Engagement Manager at Careerscape. “Most firms either place individual candidates or run workforce programs. We do both, and we run them through the same team.”

The firm’s program suite includes Managed Service Provider (MSP), VMS integration, Prime Vendor arrangements, Vendor-on-Premise recruiting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Global Talent Solutions, alongside direct hire, contract, temporary, and executive search services.

Founded in 2025 and launched publicly in 2026, Careerscape now covers 29 major U.S. cities and serves clients across more than 25 industry verticals, including technology, healthcare, financial services, legal, marketing, manufacturing, real estate, and education. Recruiting teams are organized by industry specialty rather than by geography.

The firm operates on a contingency basis for most placements, meaning employers pay only when a hire is made. Recruiter workloads are capped, and candidate shortlists are assembled manually rather than algorithmically, according to the company.

“Our edge isn’t volume, it’s care,” Castro said. “We’d rather send three candidates who are right than thirty who are close.”
