The live tool is now named AI Presence Site Check and returns a public-site walk plus evidence, not a score.
COPENHAGEN, Denmark – goBOFU no longer presents its public tool as an AI visibility score. The live page is named AI Presence Site Check. The URL path remains https://gobofu.com/tools/ai-visibility-scorecard. Users paste a website URL and select Check site. The tool returns a short walk of the public site plus evidence. It does not return a score.
The check runs a short agent walk through the public site. It searches for lists and profiles. It tries one answer engine. If that path is not available, it uses a web-search sample. Results include the route, the evidence, and evaluator notes. The output is one sample, not a score.
The walk can fetch up to five HTML pages of 512 KB each, plus robots.txt, llms.txt when that file exists, a public-web search, and one entity-recall sample. The tool does not run site JavaScript.
It looks at the company name and canonical URL; a plain description of the product; public pricing or how pricing is explained; named customer proof; buyer-facing pages it can fetch; robots.txt as a fetched file, not an AI-access grade; third-party lists and profiles; and one answer-engine reply or web-search sample.
“A score is not the map. The check is one sample of pages, lists and profiles a buyer or a model can see. It does not say whether AI will mention the brand,” said Deian Isac of goBOFU.
The FAQ states the same limit: the check does not say whether AI will mention the brand. goBOFU does not sell ranking guarantees, link packs or farm coverage. It does not guarantee rankings, mentions, citations or a Knowledge Panel. Paid syndication, if it happens, is named as paid.
