AI Governance Is Also a Culture and Change Issue

This is often overlooked.

  • Reduces uncertainty and hesitation
  • Encourages safe experimentation
  • Supports consistent adoption across teams

We’re also seeing a positive shift:

More People & Culture and HR teams are becoming actively involved in AI governance—recognising that AI is not just a technology change, but a workforce and behavioural change as well.

That’s a strong signal that organisations are starting to take this seriously.

This Is No Longer an Experiment

AI has moved beyond experimentation.

What we’re seeing now is a transition into operational use—and that changes the stakes.

Organisations need to move from:

to
👉 “How do we control, scale, and manage this capability?”

That shift requires structure.
