SourceX Opens Uncapped Partner Program Paying $1.5 Million or More on Large AI Data Deals

Advisers, investors and service firms can earn 15% of the supplier payout, with no cap, when companies in their network license data to SourceX for AI training and evaluation.

SourceX’s new channel partner program pays the greater of $50,000 plus 5% or 15% of the supplier payout, with no cap.

LOS ANGELES, California, November 5, 2026. SourceX Inc. has launched a new channel partner program for firms that can bring AI data licensing deals from within their own networks. When a company a partner introduces goes on to license its data through SourceX, the partner earns the greater of $50,000 plus 5% of the supplier payout or 15% of that payout. There is no cap on the reward.

On a qualifying transaction where SourceX pays a supplier $10 million, the partner reward comes to $1.5 million, and larger transactions pay proportionally more. That figure shows how the formula scales with deal size. It is not a typical or guaranteed payout, and most qualifying transactions will be smaller.

The program is built for people who already sit close to companies with years of operating history: private equity firms, M&A advisers and business brokers, managed service providers, fractional finance leaders, restructuring and wind-down advisers, peer executive groups and accelerators.

“The people who know which companies are sitting on years of valuable work are their advisers, investors and service partners,” said Noah Loul, founder and CEO of SourceX. “They should share in the upside when those deals close, and we did not want to put a ceiling on that.”

How the partner reward is calculated

The terms are set out in SourceX’s Channel Partner Agreement dated November 4, 2026. For each qualifying company, the partner receives whichever is higher: $50,000 plus 5% of the actual supplier payout, or 15% of that payout. The program applies to transactions with a supplier payout of at least $100,000.

Under that formula, a $100,000 supplier payout earns the partner $55,000. A $400,000 payout earns $70,000, a $1 million payout earns $150,000 and a $10 million payout earns $1.5 million.

Rewards continue when the same company licenses more data. Further transactions completed within 12 months of a company’s first Closing earn the partner 15% of the supplier payout. The $50,000 minimum applies once per company.

Partners can also recruit other partners. Through the Network Bonus, a partner who brings another firm into the program earns an amount equal to 20% of the rewards that firm earns on its own qualifying transactions, with no cap and no end date under the current program terms.

Where the largest rewards come from

SourceX licenses business data directly from companies for AI training and evaluation. Its core sourcing focus is established businesses that reached at least 50 full-time employees at peak, excluding contractors, with several years of operating history. Operating, acquired and wound-down businesses can be assessed where an authorized party retains the necessary rights.

Typical records include customer support histories, engineering records, internal communications and documented workflows. The company is also pursuing licensing transactions with large US companies that hold proprietary content and data, which is where supplier payouts can reach the millions of dollars and partner rewards of $1.5 million or more become possible.

The United States is the priority market, with companies in other supported markets also considered. Introduced companies must own and have authority to license the records they propose. Customer agreements, confidentiality obligations and third-party material can limit what is available.

When a reward becomes payable

A reward is earned only when an introduced company completes a qualifying transaction. That requires buyer acceptance, payment to the supplier and satisfaction of the program’s payment conditions. An introduction, meeting or supplier signature alone earns no payable reward.

The path from a partner introduction to a payable reward. SourceX contracts with the introduced company directly.

Partners do not handle the underlying data. The introduced company contracts directly with SourceX under a master agreement and a Dataset Deal Confirmation, which define the selected records, compensation, permitted uses and processing arrangements. SourceX manages qualification, rights review, de-identification, delivery and supplier payment. Its published process requires signed agreements and its go-ahead before any records are transferred.

Tools for partners working at scale

Partners register and track introductions through the SourceX partner portal. After acknowledging the partner agreement in the portal, they can unlock a brand kit for co-branded materials. Firms that want to submit many companies at once can use SourceX’s bulk submission API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration.

Companies interested in licensing their own data can review the criteria and begin a qualification assessment through SourceX. Its trust center explains the published approach to data handling and security controls.
