BOSTON, MA — Amandeep Kaur, author of The Sovereign Woman Series and founder of Ambika Coaching & Consulting, is expanding her body of work with Becoming Her: A Journey Through Identity, Healing, and Self-Return. Created as a companion to the first three books in the series, Becoming Her explores the intimate in-between stage of healing-the space where old identities begin to fall away, self-trust deepens, and a woman learns how to stop abandoning herself in order to feel loved, accepted, or understood.
The book builds on the emotional arc of The Sovereign Woman Series, which follows the journey from collapse, to rebuilding, to integration. While the earlier books examine what happens when a woman finally chooses herself, Becoming Her focuses on what comes next: learning to live differently, listen to the body, release old expectations, trust life with less control, and create a sense of safety from within.
Kaur recently marked this next chapter with her August 8 “Becoming Her: Brunch, Bloom & Book Celebration” in Boston. The event brought together members of her community for an afternoon centered on books, reflection, connection, and personal growth. The gathering included interactive experiences designed around self-reflection and becoming, turning themes from the books into a shared community experience.
Through her writing and Ambika Coaching & Consulting, Kaur hopes to continue expanding these conversations beyond the page and into a broader platform centered on women’s emotional wellness, self-worth, identity, healing, leadership, and personal transformation.
