I love to put my emotions into the song, and when working on the song, I always try to interpret the words in various ways.

Ferdinand Rennie: I didn’t want the production to be too overpowering – I love a song that builds up from soft to more powerful but still showing restraint.

Ferdinand Rennie: Before it was all about live performances where the audience was at a distance and now through the internet and social media I have a better opportunity to connect directly with my audience. This personal connection is what I love most.

Ferdinand Rennie: I think that a song touches the audience most when it’s relatable. These are emotions that most people have experienced at some point, so I hope that my song helps them to accept and understand more.

Ferdinand Rennie: I am always learning and try to push myself out of my comfort zone to experiment with new sounds. I hope the listeners appreciate the mix of genres that I can offer.
