THE UNCONVENTIONAL FOUNDER
She helped build the technology. Not merely inspire it.
In an industry often defined by computer science degrees, impressive résumés, and prestigious academic credentials, Stephani Scheidt arrived with an entirely different background. Her formal education ended in the sixth grade. Today, she is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Rosie AI, a company developing an interconnected artificial-intelligence business platform.
But the remarkable part is not simply her title. It is the work she contributed along the way.
For months, Stephani Scheidt worked side by side with software developers, helping build and refine features that became part of the Rosie AI ecosystem. She contributed ideas, worked through functionality, and helped translate business problems into usable software capabilities.
Her contribution was hands-on, collaborative product development — not a ceremonial role, and not a story about watching someone else build a company.
An unconventional perspective
Stephani Scheidt’s experience helped bring a practical question into focus: what if people could access complicated information and useful guidance without years of specialized training?
That thinking helped shape BOB, Rosie AI’s interactive voice-training simulator. BOB lets employees practice realistic customer conversations, handle objections, and build confidence through repeatable AI-powered role-play.
BOB expresses a broader principle behind Rosie AI: technology should make people more capable, not require everyone to start with the same advantages.
From an idea to an ecosystem
Rosie AI is developing a family of specialized business applications built around real-time conversational intelligence, employee training, customer management, and practical workflow automation. Each product addresses a distinct business need while sharing a larger technological vision.
Settlement IQ brings live AI assistance, coaching, and customer management to debt settlement teams. InsureIQ is being developed for insurance professionals, with product knowledge, call intelligence, and agency workflows. Direct D supports capital-raising organizations with investor relations, document delivery, and prospect management; customers remain responsible for their own securities activities and compliance.
THE CENTRAL IDEA
“Intelligence is not measured by a diploma. Opportunity should not be limited to those who started with advantages.”

THE STORY CONTINUES
What she built. What it means.
Stephani Scheidt’s path does not argue that education is unimportant, or that sophisticated software can be built without technical specialists. Rather, her experience demonstrates the value of another kind of expertise: lived experience, a clear understanding of people’s needs, and the persistence to improve a product through real collaboration.
Those are essential parts of product development, even when they do not appear on a transcript or a diploma.
The leadership behind the product
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Stephani Scheidt occupies a leadership role in the company whose features she helped create. Her path challenges a common assumption about who is qualified to participate in the development of advanced technology.
For women who have questioned whether their experience is “enough,” and for adults whose formal education took an unconventional course, her story points to a different possibility: meaningful innovation also depends on people willing to learn, test, question, collaborate, and persevere.
A moment to introduce Rosie AI
The ecosystem also includes BOB, a dedicated AI training platform, and Email IQ, focused on email outreach, campaign creation, engagement insights, and follow-up workflows. Together these products show Rosie AI’s direction: purpose-built tools that help organizations communicate more effectively, train with confidence, and manage their relationships. Behind the scenes, shared infrastructure connects the applications without taking attention away from the people using them.
Deepgram: the voice technology behind Rosie AI
Deepgram is Rosie AI’s primary voice technology partner, providing the real-time speech recognition that helps our applications understand conversations as they happen. To make that technology work during live interactions, Rosie AI uses a voice bridge hosted on Render. This infrastructure securely relays streaming audio between our applications and Deepgram, helping turn spoken conversations into timely transcripts that feed our AI-powered guidance, coaching, and training tools. In BOB, that pipeline supports realistic, interactive voice practice; in our sales-intelligence applications, it helps power live conversation analysis. Combining Deepgram’s voice technology with our Render-hosted infrastructure lets us build specialized experiences on a shared technical foundation.
“Every business deserves a Rosie.”
