“I’m not stepping into music,” Puello reflects. “I’m returning to it. Music was my first language of healing, and now I feel called to share that voice with the world again.”
Before becoming a filmmaker or magazine editor, Puello was a young songwriter, composing lyrics in quiet solitude, singing in community choirs, and turning to music to express what couldn’t be said out loud.
